This civil rights and community activist has been a staple in the black community for over 40 years. Standing with Dr Martin Luther King Jr in Chicago, his life’s work has impacted the lives of many .Growing a competitive spirit through athletics ,As President of Westside Community Ministries he played a vital role in starting up programs such as Project Safe Neighborhood working with the homeless and Weed and Seed a plan to weed out the bad and plant the positive seeds in the minds and hearts of underprivileged communities. Also a member of 10 point coalition Rev Jackson is Pastor at Christian Love Missionary Baptist here in Indianapolis. His investment in the community goes far beyond protecting neighborhoods, collaborating with fellow pastors IndyCan a convention addressing issues of pathways to employment , housing , and healthcare was organized in 2016.
